During the Giveaway Period, entries may be tracked and administered in-house by Sponsor.

Sponsor may use Shopify, ViralSweep, spreadsheets, manual records, order records, customer records, email records, mail-in entry logs, or any other tracking method selected by Sponsor to properly administer the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to use, replace, supplement, or change any sweepstakes platform, administrator, software, or entry tracking method as needed to properly administer the Giveaway, provided that all eligible entries are handled in accordance with these Official Rules.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on October 31, 2026.

This period is referred to as the “Giveaway Period.”

During the Giveaway Period, eligible purchases receive twenty-five (25) entries per eligible $1.00 spent, excluding taxes, shipping, handling, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, gift cards, and non-eligible products.

During the Giveaway Period, each valid handwritten mail-in entry receives twenty-five (25) entries per valid card, subject to these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s computer, ecommerce platform, Shopify system, ViralSweep system, internal entry log, or other official entry tracking method selected by Sponsor shall be the official timekeeping device for purposes of this Giveaway.

4. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited, taxed, restricted, or regulated by law.

Employees, officers, owners, members, managers, contractors, representatives, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, fulfillment partners, prize suppliers, and immediate family members or household members of Sponsor and any other party involved in the development, administration, fulfillment, or execution of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter or win.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family members” include spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, and each of their respective spouses, whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law.

“Household members” include persons living in the same household, whether related or not.

Winning is contingent upon meeting all eligibility requirements and complying with these Official Rules.

5. How To Enter

There are two primary ways to enter the Giveaway:

1. Eligible purchase entry
2. Mail-in alternative method of entry without purchase

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

6. Entry Method 1: Eligible Purchase Entry

During the Giveaway Period, entrants may receive entries by completing eligible purchases at:

Eligible products may include apparel, gear, coffee, Battle Boxes, Mystery Packages, accessories, and other products specifically identified by Sponsor as eligible for entry.

During the Giveaway Period, eligible purchases receive twenty-five (25) entries for every eligible $1.00 spent.

Entry amounts are calculated based on the eligible pre-tax purchase amount after discounts and excluding shipping, handling, taxes, gift cards, refunds, chargebacks, and any non-eligible products.

For example: A $32.00 eligible purchase during the Giveaway Period would receive 800 entries.

Entries may be rounded down to the nearest whole eligible dollar. No fractional entries will be awarded.

If an order is refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Official Rules, the associated entries may be voided or removed.

Purchasing products with the intent to obtain entries and later return, dispute, cancel, or charge back the purchase may result in disqualification from this Giveaway and future promotions.

7. Entry Method 2: Mail-In Alternative Method of Entry

To enter without making a purchase, an entrant must hand print the following information on a 3” x 5” card or paper:

• Full legal name
• Complete mailing address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Date of birth
• The words: “GRS Pre-Launch Silver Battle Box Giveaway Entry”

The entrant must place the handwritten card or paper in a #10 business-size envelope with proper postage affixed and a hand-printed return address.

Each valid handwritten mail-in entry postmarked during the Giveaway Period and received by the applicable deadline will receive twenty-five (25) Giveaway entries.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer mailing envelope. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately.

Bulk shipments, multiple entries in one envelope, multiple envelopes in one package, mechanically reproduced entries, photocopies, facsimiles, automated entries, entries submitted by third-party services, incomplete entries, illegible entries, postage-due entries, and entries that do not follow these Official Rules may be disqualified.

Mail-in entries must be original and handwritten by the entrant. Entries generated by script, macro, automated means, mechanical reproduction, sweepstakes entry service, or third-party service are void.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no earlier than September 1, 2026 and no later than October 31, 2026.

Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor no later than November 7, 2026.

Requests for confirmation of receipt will not be acknowledged. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

8. Bonus Entry Periods / Multipliers

Sponsor may announce bonus entry periods, entry multiplier periods, product-specific bonus entries, bundle bonus entries, limited-time promotional entry opportunities, or other bonus entry opportunities during the Giveaway Period.

Bonus entry periods may apply to eligible purchases, mail-in entries, or both, as stated by Sponsor at the time the bonus opportunity is announced.

To receive entries associated with any announced bonus entry period, mail-in entrants must follow the mail-in entry instructions above and must handwrite the exact bonus period, bonus phrase, or multiplier wording on the back left corner of the envelope.

The bonus period, bonus phrase, or multiplier written on the envelope must correspond to the announced bonus entry opportunity in effect on the postmark date of the mail-in entry.

If the bonus wording is missing, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, written in the wrong location, or does not correspond to the applicable postmark date, the mail-in entry may receive only the standard mail-in entry amount or may be disqualified, at Sponsor’s discretion.

During the Giveaway Period, each valid handwritten mail-in entry receives twenty-five (25) entries unless a valid announced bonus entry period applies.

Sponsor may announce bonus entry opportunities on the Website, by email, through SMS, through social media, through advertising, or through other promotional materials.

9. Entry Limit

There is a limit of twenty-five thousand (25,000) total Giveaway entries per person during the entire Giveaway Period, regardless of method of entry.

This entry limit applies to all purchase entries, mail-in entries, bonus entries, multiplier entries, subscription entries, product-specific entries, promotional entries, and any other entry method combined.

Any attempt to exceed the entry limit through multiple names, addresses, email addresses, accounts, identities, households, payment methods, automated entries, third-party services, or other means may result in disqualification.

10. Prize

There will be one (1) Grand Prize available.

The Grand Prize consists of:

One (1) year of Ghost Ridge Silver Battle Boxes.

The prize includes twelve (12) Silver Battle Box shipments, with one (1) Silver Battle Box shipment scheduled approximately once per month for twelve (12) months.

Approximate Retail Value: $2,400, based on twelve (12) Silver Battle Boxes valued at $200 each.

Each Silver Battle Box may include a rotating mix of Ghost Ridge apparel, coffee, patches, stickers, range gear, outdoor gear, EDC items, branded extras, exclusive offers, and select partner products as the program grows.

Exact box contents are not guaranteed and may vary by month. Product substitutions may be made at Sponsor’s discretion based on availability, cost, supplier delays, fulfillment limitations, product suitability, or other business needs.

Prize details, products, brands, colors, sizes, configurations, timing, and availability are subject to change.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with another prize or component of equal or greater value.

No cash alternative will be offered. Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, traded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

11. Prize Fulfillment

The Grand Prize will be fulfilled as twelve (12) separate Silver Battle Box shipments over approximately twelve (12) months.

Shipments are expected to occur approximately once per month, but exact shipment dates are not guaranteed.

Prize fulfillment is subject to product availability, supplier availability, shipping availability, inventory availability, business operations, third-party fulfillment timelines, carrier delays, weather delays, holidays, and other factors outside Sponsor’s control.

If any item expected to be included in a Silver Battle Box is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable, Sponsor may substitute another item or adjust the box contents at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner is responsible for providing and maintaining a valid shipping address within the United States.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, returned, refused, undeliverable, or incorrectly addressed packages.

If any shipment is returned, refused, undeliverable, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, attempt to reship the box or treat that monthly shipment as forfeited.

12. Winner Selection

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will occur on or about: November 8, 2026.

The drawing may be conducted by Sponsor, ViralSweep, a sweepstakes administrator, or another independent or internal drawing method selected by Sponsor.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted by phone, email, mail, or another method selected by Sponsor using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

13. Winner Notification And Verification

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within three (3) business days.

The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, notarize, and return documents including, but not limited to:

• Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability Release
• Publicity Release where permitted by law
• IRS Form W-9
• Prize Acceptance Agreement
• Identity verification documents
• Proof of age
• Proof of residency
• And any other documents required by Sponsor or applicable law

If the potential winner fails to respond within the required time, fails to return required documents, provides false information, is found ineligible, cannot be verified, refuses the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.

Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries.

14. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt, acceptance, possession, ownership, or use of the prize.

If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 in the name of the winner for the approximate retail value of the prize awarded.

Winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number before the prize is awarded.

15. No Warranty

The prize and all prize components are awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except for any manufacturer warranty that may apply.

Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the appearance, safety, performance, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, transferability, or use of any prize component.

Winner assumes all risks associated with receipt, possession, use, storage, handling, and ownership of the prize.

16. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, video, voice, statements, city, state, biographical information, prize information, and prize acceptance content for advertising, promotional, marketing, public relations, and social media purposes without additional compensation, notice, review, approval, or consent.

Winner understands and agrees that prize acceptance, prize presentation, winner announcement, or related events may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise captured by Sponsor.

17. Fraud, Tampering, And Abuse

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, has:

• Violated these Official Rules
• Attempted to tamper with the Giveaway
• Attempted to manipulate entry totals
• Submitted false or misleading information
• Used automated entry methods
• Used multiple identities
• Used third-party entry services
• Submitted mechanically reproduced mail-in entries
• Purchased products with intent to return, dispute, charge back, or cancel after receiving entries
• Acted in an unsportsmanlike, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive manner
• Attempted to undermine the integrity, fairness, security, or lawful operation of the Giveaway

Sponsor reserves the right to void entries associated with fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refunds, canceled orders, returned products, ineligible purchases, false information, or violation of these Official Rules.

18. Technical Issues

Sponsor and Released Parties are not responsible for:

• Lost entries
• Late entries
• Incomplete entries
• Illegible entries
• Misdirected entries
• Postage-due mail
• Damaged mail
• Delayed mail
• Technical failures
• Website errors
• Shopify errors
• ViralSweep errors, if ViralSweep is used
• App errors
• Payment processor errors
• Server errors
• Email errors
• SMS errors
• Internet interruptions
• Data loss
• Unauthorized access
• Hacking
• Fraud
• Platform outages
• Carrier delays
• Human error
• Or any other issue that may affect entry, tracking, verification, administration, or fulfillment

If, for any reason, the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway and select a winner from among eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action was taken, or in another manner Sponsor determines to be fair and consistent with these Official Rules.

19. Release And Limitation Of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, ViralSweep if used, prize suppliers, fulfillment partners, advertising partners, promotional partners, affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and all related parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, death, liabilities, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or relating to:

• Participation in the Giveaway
• Entry into the Giveaway
• Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, storage, handling, transportation, or ownership of the prize
• Disqualification
• Tax liability
• Technical errors
• Printing errors
• Website errors
• Entry errors
• Prize defects
• Winner announcement
• Publicity rights
• Privacy rights
• Any other matter relating to the Giveaway

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and Released Parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or enhanced damages.

20. Governing Law And Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court located in Alabama.

Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but in no event attorney’s fees.

Except where prohibited by law, under no circumstances shall entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or enhanced damages, or any right to have damages multiplied or increased.

21. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used for purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying entries, contacting potential winners, fulfilling prizes, preventing fraud, and otherwise operating the Giveaway.

Entrants may also receive marketing communications from Sponsor if they opt in or otherwise provide consent where required by law.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available on GhostRidgeSupplyCo.com.

22. Winners List

To request the name, city, and state of the winner after the Giveaway has ended and the winner has been verified, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

23. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Google, Apple, Shopify, or any other social media platform.

By entering, entrants release all such platforms from any and all liability arising from or relating to this Giveaway.

24. Miscellaneous

The names of individuals, groups, companies, products, services, logos, trademarks, and brands mentioned in connection with this Giveaway are the property of their respective owners.

Reference to any third-party brand, product, company, or service does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval, partnership, or affiliation unless specifically stated by Sponsor.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

If any provision is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Official Rules constitute the complete rules for the Giveaway and supersede any conflicting statements, advertisements, social media posts, emails, website content, or promotional materials.

In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any other statement, these Official Rules control.
