Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Ghost Ridge Supply Co. offers certain products as one-time purchases and/or recurring subscription purchases. Subscription products may include Battle Boxes, Mystery Packages, coffee, apparel, gear, or other eligible recurring products.

By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree that Ghost Ridge Supply Co. is authorized to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the delivery frequency, billing schedule, and price shown at the time of purchase.

Subscription Control

Customers have control over their subscription and may be able to skip, pause, reschedule, edit, or cancel future deliveries through the customer subscription portal, subject to the terms listed below.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle is processed.

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges and future shipments. Cancellation does not automatically cancel, refund, or stop an order that has already been processed, charged, fulfilled, or shipped.

Processed Orders

Once a subscription order has been processed or payment has been captured, that order may not be eligible for cancellation. This is especially important for products that are custom-packed, made to order, reserved, fulfilled by third-party partners, or prepared specifically for the customer.

If an order has already been fulfilled, shipped, or submitted for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Billing Reminder

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription before the next billing date. Ghost Ridge Supply Co. is not responsible for missed cancellation requests made after a renewal payment has already been processed.

Price Changes

Subscription pricing, discounts, product contents, delivery frequency, and available purchase options may change over time. If changes apply to an active subscription, Ghost Ridge Supply Co. will handle those changes in accordance with applicable platform requirements and customer notification rules.

Battle Boxes and Mystery Packages

Battle Boxes and Mystery Packages may vary from shipment to shipment. Product contents are curated based on tier, availability, partner products, seasonal items, and Ghost Ridge-selected gear. Exact items are not guaranteed unless specifically stated on the product page.

Cancellation of a Battle Box or Mystery Package subscription will stop future shipments, but it does not cancel or refund a box that has already been billed, packed, reserved, or submitted for fulfillment.

How to Cancel

Customers may cancel or manage their subscription through the customer account portal, subscription management link, or by contacting Ghost Ridge Supply Co. before the next billing date.
