High Country Brew
High Country — Colombia Huila El Tiple Excelso
Named for the terrain it's grown in — steep, volcanic, thin-air country where nothing easy grows. High Country is the brew for the long climb, the early ruck, the days that start before the sun does.
Sourced from small, family-owned farms in Huila, Colombia — a region built on volcanic soil and equatorial elevation that produces one of the most balanced cups in the country. Excelso classification means every bean is sorted to a strict 14/64" screen standard, and the washed process lets the terroir speak for itself instead of masking it.
The cup runs smooth and layered: milk chocolate up front, brown sugar sweetness underneath, and a dried cherry tang on the finish. Medium body, medium acidity — solid enough for a pour-over, clean enough to pull as espresso.
Flavor: Milk Chocolate, Brown Sugar, Dried Cherry
Body: Medium
Acidity: Medium
Process: Washed
Origin: Huila, Colombia
