Born in Costa Rica's renowned Tarrazú region, Ridgeline Prowler is a honey-processed single-origin coffee with a bright, fruit-forward profile and natural sweetness.
During honey processing, part of the coffee cherry's sweet mucilage remains on the bean as it dries, allowing those natural sugars to influence the finished cup. The result is a coffee that's vibrant and complex without losing the smooth sweetness that makes it easy to come back to.
Expect notes of raspberry, plum, almond, clementine, and honey, with a medium body and bright acidity.
