Dead Reckoning Brew
Dead Reckoning — Brazil Guaxupé
Named for the old navigator's method of pushing forward on instinct and known position when there's no clear line of sight — Dead Reckoning is the brew for early starts, long shifts, and mornings that don't wait for you to catch up.
Sourced from Guaxupé, high in the hills of Minas Gerais, Brazil — a region built for coffee, with cool 68°F micro-climates and clean wet/dry seasons that let the beans develop real depth. It's grown through Cooxupé, a cooperative of 16,000+ smallholder farmers who've been doing this since 1937, backed by real infrastructure — soil labs, geoprocessing, the works — not just a name on a bag.
The cup itself is smooth and grounded: dark chocolate up front, a bright citrus edge, and a roasted hazelnut finish that lingers. Medium body, mild acidity, semi-washed — built for someone who wants a serious cup without the fuss.
Flavor: Dark Chocolate, Citrus, Roasted Hazelnut
